Journal Insights

These arrived just in time for Father's Day and I was able to gift one to my husband. Now, I wasn't sure how he would receive it...being that we are overwhelmed with a newborn right now haha. Buy after I flipped through it and read many of the questions I was honestly excited to give it to him.

Once he opened it, he flipped through it too and he was actually excited about having something more structured to help him on his own journey of growth.  Self reflection so often happens in the mind and staring at a blank sheet of paper is so daunting. He said it's super straight forward, but each question really makes you think critically. And he loves the area for the action step after each reflection.  One question, one action.  It's perfect.
